- Abstract
- The world's major scientific organizations carried out researches in the field of creation and application of strontium and calcium pironiobates - the main "suppliers" of ultrahightemperature ferroelectric media were identified. The dynamics of the publication activity on the chosen subject for the last fifty and ten years has been described. The analysis of the competences of the Southern Federal University and their correspondence to the chosen line of research within the framework of this review was carried out.
