- Abstract
- The study of the relation between quality of quartz raw material and the spectral characteristic of a mesastructure type crystal element while using various etching methods - made it possible to produce a mesastructure type crystal element which area not exceed 8 mm2 at frequencies up to 500 MHz with respect to the fundamental harmonic and made it possible to attenuate unwanted resonances for more than 4 dB relative to the main resonance in the frequency range ± 500 KHz from the nominal frequency, which makes it possible to start the production of high-frequency quartz resonators in a metal-ceramic case of SMD type.
