- Abstract
- This article is devoted to the analysis of methods and tools for the automated production of spatial electronic products. The main attention is paid to 3D MID technology and the choice of means of production. The technologies of production of three-dimensional switching structures are briefly considered. The analysis of existing kinematic schemes for the installation of electronic components is carried out. Variants of manipulators for automation of processes of electronic products manufacture are offered. As a result of the study, the strengths and weaknesses of existing solutions were identified and recommendations for the use of multi-axis manipulators were given.
