- Abstract
- The variant of the relations between shear stresses and strains for common type of anisogrid structure, consisting from helical and hoop ribs is proposed. It is shown that the shear modulus of an equivalent continuum depends on the considered anisogrid structure cell geometric dimensions. The analysis of the results has been performed. The influence of hoop ribs on the value of the slope angle of helical ribs, in which the shear stiffness takes the maximum value, has been noted. The proposed constitutive relation for the pure shear complements the relations previously obtained by the authors in the article "Variant of thermoelastic relations for composite anisogrid structures". They can be used jointly for the analysis of membrane stresses and strains of anisogrid structures.
