- Abstract
- The results of analysis of the publication activity in the field of creation and research of multiferroic materials based on BiFeO3/REE material science field are presented. Analysis carried out with the help of analytical functions of the Scopus database as well as the integrated analytical platform SciVal. A group of countries, whose scientific organizations make the most significant contribution to the development of the multiferroic materials field, has been identified. It is noted that the Southern Federal University is located in the top ten scientific organizations of the world, carrying out research activities in this direction.
