- Abstract
- The conceptual methodology of circuit engineering analysis of the basic architecture of a radioelectronic device according to the original of the node PCB and its multi-layer topology. The methods and means of reengineering of radio engineering circuits and signals are presented, allowing to reproduce the electronic component base (ECB), the circuit diagram and to investigate the basic system-technical characteristics of the radio electronic device in four main modes: functional, intra-circuit, peripheral, and identification imaging. The main preventive design and technological solutions of technical counteraction to circuit reengineering of node PCB with a multilayer configuration are formulated. It is shown that the transition to multi-layer node PCB with an embedded ECB, the exclusion of external test pads from the printed topology, and the constructive placement of a significant number of connections in the inner layers of the multi-layer board do not allow reliable implementation of the declared regimes of circuit-technical analysis without the use of decomposition methods of destructive impact on the elements of the electronic device.
