- Abstract
- Approaches to mathematical planning of experimental researches are analysed and the plan of experiment of type of a Latin square is in detail described. The problem on research of influence of types of gas torches on profitability of petrofactory furnaces of a cylindrical design is put and solved. Selection of rational types of burner devices of two-level burning of fuel is spent. It is shown, that the type of gas torches influences profitability of tubular furnaces thermal capacity 3.5 MW, and at transition to furnaces with the raised individual capacity (5-10.5 MW) the type of a gas torch does not render essential influence on profitability of work of furnaces. The difference in profitability of work of the furnace at installation injection, diffusive with natural giving of air and diffusive-kinetic torches is insignificant.
