- Abstract
- The processes of formation of the structure of the composite material on the basis of ternary compound Ti3SiC2 at different temperature and time parameters of spark plasma sintering of mechanoactivated powder mixture were studied. It is shown that the processes of consolidation and phase transformations in the activated mixture occur in a very short time. The greatest number of phase Ti3SiC2 obtained at T = 1300 оC/25 min (86 %) and at T = 1400 оC/1 min (84 %).
