- Abstract
- The investigation results of the effect of isothermal strain and thermal treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high-temperature EK61-ID, EP202-VD, EP915-ID alloys have been presented. It was found, with suitable ductile characteristics these alloys, when isothermally strained and aged, significantly improved their strength properties. The alloy isothermal straining followed by hardening makes possible to have uniform fine-grain structure of no more than 50 µm in size.
