- Abstract
- A linear displacement measuring device has been developed for a range of values from 0.01 to 1.00 mm based on the electronic measuring system (EMS) of the model 217. This measuring system is designed to determine the deviation of the dimensions of the tested parts from the nominal, as well as measuring the error in the deviation of the shape and location of surfaces. The output analog signal of the EMS was digitized by the developed analog-digital converter, and then fed through the controller to the input of the PC. The software is presented in the LabVIEW environment.
