- Abstract
- A universal measuring platform equipped with scanning contact potentiometry modules and laser spot heating of the test object surface has been developed and passed a test cycle. The platform is designed for precision control of the surface of materials and products with an area of 30×30 cm with a scanning step of 0.1 mm along a predetermined path of movement. Management and data processing programs are placed on a laptop, which ensures high reliability and mobility of the entire measuring system.
