- Abstract
- This article is devoted to the direction of developing a sweat model that takes into account the distribution and processing of flows of matter, energy and information. The main attention is paid to the consideration of the development principle of the flow model on the example of the failure flow model in the TS with the use of surface mounting. The article presents a typical TP, which is taken as the basis for the developed flow model of the flow of failures. The statistical data of defects for various defects that may occur during the course of the TP are presented, the data are taken into account in the developed model. A brief overview of the capabilities of streaming analysis is given and the need for its use in complex TS is justified. As a result, a flow model of the flow of failures in the TP was developed using surface mounting based on a typical TP with the identification of places with an increased probability of occurrence of defects.
