- Abstract
- The article is devoted the problem of electromagnetic interferences on touchscreens is investigated. Maxwell's equations for the electromagnetic fields calculation are given. The review of the modern computer-aided design systems (CAD), such as EMPro, SpeedXP, Quantic EMC, Hyperlynx, Multiphysics, KiCad, etc., has been carried out. It allows simulating the EMC of radioelectronics equipments. CAD are selected for capacitive touch matrix modeling in electromagnetic fields of displays. CAD Solid Works has created the three-dimensional model of the sensor matrix, that illustrates clearly its own electromagnetic fields. The hover process to the touch screen with a human's finger is modeled. The electromagnetic fields visualization of the sensor matrix is made at the moment of finger touch in a vertical plane, also on the layers of the lower and upper electrodes.
