- Abstract
- As a result of experimental studies of composite materials based on woven fillers (carbon fabrics, quartz fabrics), it was found that their deformation is nonlinear and the transverse strain coefficients are close to zero. To describe these effects, a variant of the endochronic theory of plasticity of an orthotropic body in a plane stress state has been developed. The defining relations are relatively simple and convenient for practical use. Examples of application of proposed relations for numerical analysis of strain diagrams of composites and for thin-walled composite shell strength calculation are given.
