- Issues of numerical simulation of processes arising in polymer composite materials (PCM) structures during their molding were considered. Attention was paid to the temperature variation influence on binder cure degree and level of residual stresses in the contact zone of polymer matrix and fibrous reinforcing filler. Simulation of binder polymerization process at molding of composite structures was made by using of simple numerical integration schemes which ensure stability of result obtained at low computational costs. It allows to conduct parametric studies and optimization of technological processes for molding of PCM structural elements. Also it gives the chance to reduce terms and labour input of reception of finished items.
