- Abstract
- The distribution of density to volumes of 6 samples made from 4KMS-L with gasostatic technology was examined using computer tomography following a methodology of experimental and analytical determination of parameters of sand-and-grain roughness of C-C composites. Models of nominal, maximum, and minimum levels of the density distribution, asymmetric density distribution in meridian direction and corresponding distributions of a parameter of coarse-grained roughness were constructed based on the tomography results. Ablated shapes and corresponding aerodynamic characteristics of a modelled flight vehicle were analyzed, the analyses verified the prospective viability of 4KMS-L made with gasostatic technology.
