- A universal system of targeting communications, one of the bases of information interaction in a spatially distributed administrative and technical control systems. Considered methods of addressing techniques to suit your particular working conditions of specialized network. With a view to clarity the interpretation of key concepts that are used when describing aspects of design, their representation formalised in terms of multiple-theoretic notation. Considered the administrative and organizational structure model of realization of the management system of multifunctional complex AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEMS, objects which are ranked in accordance with the requirements of mutual subordination. Demonstrates using the apparatus of extended Petri nets (networks) that the implementation of procedures for critical positions is the essence of message switching.
