- Abstract
- The problem of quick selection of rational parameters for layers laying of polymer composite material (PCM) of the traditional scheme when designing thin-walled aircraft structures is considered. It is noted that the existing engineering methodology for selecting the optimal parameters for laying layers is based on structural and force decomposition. However, this approach does not take into account the joint work of the layers. It was proposed to select rational laying parameters by searching for phenomenological dependencies between the laying parameters (reinforcement scheme) and the actual loads on the package. The problem is solved by calculating the bearing capacity of a large number of laying options of the traditional scheme, and searching among them for the most rational options.
