- Abstract
- The descriptive and conceptual models of the functioning of the system for processing graphic information in the GIS "GeoGlobus" are considered. The features of these models are given. When considering a conceptual model, its set-theoretic description is given, suggesting that the effective functioning of a GIS system depends on the quality and time of processing graphic information. The analysis of the functioning algorithm of the processing of graphic information in the GIS "GeoGlobus", based on the analytical theory of algorithms.
