- Abstract
- The article presents the results of studies of the generation of elastic waves of acoustic emission in M3p copper grade, which is used as a structural material for heat-exchange tubes of shell-and-tube heat exchangers. It has been established that the use of the acoustic emission method allows one to register in advance in this structural material the presence of defects that are the cause of loss of performance.
