- Abstract
- The results of an experimental study of the density of six samples of aviation oils at elevated pressures up to 600 bar in the temperature range 293-473 K are given. Experimental data are generalized on the basis of the principle of corresponding states using the isothermal Tait equation of state. The obtained dependences form a methodological basis for calculating the density of aviation oils at high pressures. The data of basic physical and chemical properties of oils are used as the input parameters.
