- The process of development and analysis of models of structures of automation processes by means of information technologies (it processes) that provide the system of activity of scientific and production organizations of the Russian Federation is considered. The use of such models for generating requirements for it infrastructure components, reengineering processes, and improving the performance of organizations that provide the life cycle of complex science-intensive products is justified.
