- Abstract
- Investigations on change of phase composition, structure and properties of metal composite materials based system Nb-Si depend on parameters of heat treatment were taken. Studies on influence of heat treatment carry out on system Nb-Si received on two technological schemes: synthesis from elemental powders and with use of preliminary synthesized Nb5Si3. It is established that heat treatment of metal composite materials based system Nb-Si take to change of phase composition and structure material, formation of steady compounds and as consequence to increase mechanical properties of material.
