- Abstract
- The solid solutions of the four-component systems xPbTiO3-yPbZrO3-zPbNb2/3Mn1/3O3-tPbB1-aMgaO3, 0.35 £ x £ 0.45, Dx = 0.025, B-W, a = 1/2 (system 1), B-Nb, a = 1/3 (system 2), selected in the approximated morphotropic regions, defined on the basis of data on their simpler systems, were prepared and studied. Compositions with high values of the mechanical Q-factor, piezoelectric parameters and low dielectric losses in strong fields were developed. They can be used in devices operating in power modes: electro-acoustic emitters, step-down piezotransformers, piezoelectric motors, etc.
