- Abstract
- The enterprise requires continuous analysis and optimization of business processes at the strategic, tactical and operational levels of enterprise management for improving business continuity within the BCMS concept. This article describes one of the tools for solving this problem - the imitation modeling method Modified Colored Petri Net. This modification of the Colored Petri Net is the method for describe and simulate discrete business processes up to tracking single instances of any resource used in the process. To do this, introduced: the possibility of giving each marker in the Petri Net a unique coloring; the possibility to specify valid marker colors for a position or transition; the rules for generation of new colored markers when transition is triggered; special markers for modeling decision making during the execution of the simulated process.
