- Abstract
- The article provides information about the implementation of the service for optimizing the modes of contour milling with a variable allowance, with a constant optimal value of chip thickness, when programming for CNC machines in the CAM-system. Mathematical dependences of surface quality parameters on milling conditions are determined. Algorithms of automated calculation are presented, and a methodology for designing such operations is developed.
