- Abstract
- The process of obtaining composite granules of the Mo-Si-B system material from elementary powders by mechanical alloying in a planetary mill is studied. It is established that in order to ensure a uniform distribution of the components over the entire volume of the processed mixture, the processing time of the elementary charge powders should be at least 12 hours. Further increase in the processing time (more than 12 hours) will lead to the destruction of the remaining large granules and the stabilization of the fractional composition in the range of particle sizes 1-5 microns.
