- Abstract
- The analysis is carried out the effect of Mn-containing complex oxides on the electrophysical parameters of solid solutions of multicomponent systems based on titanate-zirconate lead of the view: PbTiO3-PbZrO3-Sn ( PbB¢1-a B¢aO3 ) (n = 2, 3), manufactured by two-stage solid-phase synthesis followed by sintering by hot pressing method or by conventional ceramic technology. Their decisive role in the "hardness" of the solid solutions due to the crystal-chemical features of Mn is shown. It was found that the processes of phase formation during synthesis and the kinetics of compaction during sintering of solid solutions are determined by the physicochemical properties of the cations Mn(II), Mn(III), Mn(IV) present in the compositions of the considered compositions. This determines the high manufacturability of the solid solutions with Mn-containing complex oxides, which is important in the mass production of the materials for various fields of application, including devices for piezotechnique.
