- Abstract
- The work is devoted to the analysis of architecture and structure of data warehouses, in particular corporate. The focus is on the main components and tools that make the data warehouse working. The topic of relevance and the need to use data warehouses was raised. The practice use of data warehouses and their most important elements are also discussed in detail. The basic principles on which the work of data warehouses is built are considered. The analysis of the implementation principles is carried out and the history of the formation of the basic terms and principles of data warehouses is raised. The main types of data warehouse architectures are presented and analyzed, their structures and scope are also considered. The analysis of the main components is carried out, the main tools for the functioning of data warehouses are shown. The main types of data warehouses are considered. The paper shows the areas of application of data warehousing technology in different areas of business, and also focuses on the main advantages and disadvantages of data warehouses. The principle of operation and the scope of application of corporate data warehouses are considered. The differences between conventional data warehouses and corporate ones are also highlighted. Problems of user interaction were raised. Some changes have been proposed for the elements of data warehouses, which will positively affect the optimization of the work of data warehouses. In conclusion, the future of data warehouses is analyzed, as well as a forecast of their development and possible structural changes.
