- Abstract
- The dielectric properties of thin Sr0.5Ba0.5Nb2O6 films grown on a Pt/Al2O3(0001) substrate by RF cathode sputtering in an oxygen atmosphere were studied using dielectric spectroscopy in the temperature range 20-240 оС. Calculations of the real and imaginary parts of the complex permittivity have been carried out. The Burns and Vogel-Fulcher temperatures and the activation energies of the relaxation process have been established. A model is proposed to describe the dispersion of the dielectric constants for the Sr0.5Ba0.5Nb2O6 film. The reasons for the revealed regularities are discussed.
