- Abstract
- This article describes the most promising direction of development of amplifiers used in information and measurement systems, such as sensor systems and various analog-to-digital interfaces. Such a direction today is a new class of multidifferential operational amplifiers, which differ from the classical ones by the presence of additional differential cascades in their internal structure. On the basis of the KR140UD1A operational amplifier circuit, a multidifferential amplifier was developed by introducing an additional differential cascade. Simulation modeling of the received multidifferential amplifier in the Multisim environment was carried out. Based on the obtained characteristics, the main parameters of the amplifier were calculated, such as the gain coefficients of the differential signal, the attenuation coefficients of the common-mode signal for both stages. As well as the zero offset voltage and the shear stress. Using the obtained parameters, the equation of the output signal of a multidifferential operational amplifier was derived. Based on this equation, a structural synthesis of instrumental amplifier circuits based on a multidifferential operational amplifier is carried out. A comparison of the parameters of the designed multidifferential operational amplifier with similar ones for classical operational amplifiers, as well as for modern instrumental amplifiers, showed that its parameters surpass them in quality indicators. As a result of the conducted research, it was concluded that multidifferential operational amplifiers are more promising than traditional instrumental amplifiers.
