- Abstract
- In this work, the possibilities of controlling the anisotropy of the piezoelectric coefficients of the PKR-70 material developed on the basis of lead titanate at the Research Institute of Physics of the Southern Federal University were studied. It is shown that the anisotropy of the piezoelectric modules of such materials can be increased by choosing certain modifiers and polarization modes. The results presented in the paper should be taken into account in the development, manufacture and use of such materials and devices with their participation in electronic technology.
