- Abstract
- The results of evaluating the effectiveness of the combined technology for disinfecting seepage water from solid waste landfills are presented. The studies were carried out on an experimental water disinfection unit, which included a UV sterilizer with a built-in ultrasonic emitter, a hydrogen peroxide dosing unit, and an ozonation unit. The research results showed that the required quality of disinfection is achieved at a dose of UV irradiation of 65 mJ/cm2, while with an increase in the dose of radiation, the efficiency of disinfection increases.
