- Abstract
- The effect of cyclic polarization switching on the anisotropy of the piezoelectric effect of ferro-piezoelectric ceramic materials of the PСR group (Rostov piezoceramics) developed and manufactured at the Research Institute of Physics of the Southern Federal University was studied in this work. It has been established that, to a greater extent, the effect of multiple switching of polarization leads to an increase in the anisotropy of the piezoelectric effect of the ferrosoft materials from the morphotropic region, located closer to the Rh-phase, and materials of medium ferrohardness; under a similar impact, the anisotropy of the ferrohardness materials does not change significantly. The results presented in the paper should be taken into account in the development, manufacture and use of such materials and devices with their participation in electronic technology.
