- Abstract
- The processes of phase formation of solid solutions of (1-x)BaTi0.85Zr0.15O3-xAgNbO3 where x = 0.03, 0.06, 0.09 are investigated. The optimal temperatures of synthesis and sintering are determined. The results of X-ray diffraction and microstructural analysis are presented. Correlations between the cationic composition and the structural characteristics of the studied solid solutions have been established.
