- Abstract
- The article presents an analysis of the regulatory framework in the key areas of ESG social factor, establishes the relationship between international ISO standards and ESG strategies. The analysis of Russian enterprises of radioelectronic industry on the degree of standards use is carried out. The article emphasizes the importance of social factor in ESG strategies and the necessity of using appropriate standards to achieve sustainability and responsible business.
