- Abstract
- For the first time, a time-frequency method of hardware-dynamic identification of digital devices based on signal radio images was proposed and investigated. The possibility of obtaining a radio image of a device based on a software-configurable radio system in the mode of cognitive radio monitoring is shown. It is established that the recorded radio images clearly identify the spectral-time frames of the software and hardware functioning of the digital device under study - signal radio genomes described by physically unclonable functions that allow identifying the radio-electronic product. An experiment on the registration of spectral-temporal radio genomes has been performed, confirming the reproducibility of the proposed method of hardware-dynamic identification of digital devices. The correlation estimation of the recorded fragments of radio images for identical signal digital devices with subnanosecond resolution is given.
