- Abstract
- The article reveals the relevance of the problem of labor rationing and determining the staffing of intellectual property specialists, due to the lack of standard labor standards in the field of intellectual property, an analysis of the current legislative framework for labor rationing is carried out. The necessity of developing modern standard labor standards for specialists in intellectual property rights management is shown. Conclusions are drawn about the possibility of carrying out research work on the development of a draft model labor standards in the field of intellectual property.
