- Abstract
- The article presents a review of publications devoted to the study of the dependence of the properties of niobate materials on the state of the Nb2O5 used. The existence of modulated structures in Nb2O5 monoxide, as well as in binary and ternary Nb-containing ceramics of the compounds NaNbO3, LiNbO3, etc., is shown by X-ray diffraction. The dependence of the parameters of emerging structures on the thermodynamic history of objects is established. The requirements for Nb2O5, which ensure the optimal properties of niobate materials, are determined.
