- Modern digital production management systems are aimed at ensuring rapid response and management of production processes, their transparency and increased productivity. Integration of real-time production management system components into a single digital environment allows you to monitor problems during production cycles and quickly respond and make management decisions. The work carried out a system analysis of the components of the digital production environment based on BPMN models.
