- Abstract
- The article discusses the experience of using an automated system for monitoring the parameters of galvanic processes of chemical processing and coating, developed at the Moscow Aviation Institute. The composition of the system and the principles of operation of its main elements, providing partial automation of workplaces for chemists and galvanizers, are given. The features of monitoring the suspension of parts in a bath using machine vision tools are described. It is shown that the use of photographic recording with graphic image recognition can reduce the share of manual control operations and increase the efficiency of production processes.
