- Abstract
- We consider a mechanical energy storage device made in the form of a direct current or valve electric machine, on the shaft of which a superflywheel is attached. A mathematical model of the device has been developed. It is shown that for an electrical circuit the mechanical energy accumulator under consideration is indistinguishable from an electrical capacitor.
