- Abstract
- An overview of the current state of development of quantum computers, quantum algorithms and quantum programming languages in Europe, Africa, Australia, and Latin America is provided. The success of Russian scientists in creating quantum computers and quantum algorithms is considered. The reasons for the rapid and rapid development of the quantum computer race are outlined. An example of the learning process of quantum networks on a classical computer platform is analyzed.
