- Abstract
- The article details digital approaches to implementing the concept of consumer management, including cloud and boxed solutions. The differences between the universal and industry concepts of client base management and the methods of processing information about it are briefly analyzed. It has been shown that for modern digital organizations, CRM systems are an important tool for consumer management.
