- Abstract
- Solid-phase synthesis followed by sintering using common ceramic technology produced solid solutions of the system (1-x-y)NaNbO3 - xKNbO3 - y/2CdNb2O6 with y = 0.05, x = 0.05-0.60, Dx = 0.05. The pyroelectric response was investigated by the heat wave method and correlations between structure and electrophysical properties were established. It was found that solid solutions with x = 0.15, 0.30, 0.50 and y = 0.05 have the best pyroelectric characteristics.
