- Abstract
- Possibilities of chemical and thermal modifications of the adsorbent fulfilled for the purpose of reception for water treatment from oil are investigated. It is shown that chemical and thermal modification increases petrocontainer of the waste kieselguhr. Most change of petrocontainer of the waste kieselguhr is observed at its modification by sodium oxyhydroxide. Chemical treatment reduces petrocontainer of thermally modified waste kieselguhr. The waste kieselguhr modified chemical and thermal methods can be used for water treatment from petroleum crude.
