- Abstract
- The article is devoted to the automated development, modeling and analysis of a digital model of the production floor for the assembly of electronic modules on printed circuit boards using discrete simulation modeling in the Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software from Siemens DI. The technological process is considered using the example of a typical product with mixed component-mounting technology - a temperature and humidity stabilizer. Times per unit and process equipment workloads are calculated. The production line was analyzed and modernized in order to eliminate the productivity bottleneck.
