- Abstract
- A virtual system has been developed for studying the process of drying grain of cereals, oilseeds and leguminous crops in a mine grain dryer with a heat pump. An algorithm has been proposed for searching optimal solutions based on the total energy costs per unit of evaporated moisture in the range of permissible grain properties with cyclic introduction of an antioxidant. A well-known mathematical model, as well as software and algorithmic support for a virtual stand, were used to study the influence of speed, temperature and moisture content of the drying agent on the process of drying grain of different crops, taking into account their thermophysical characteristics. An example of a virtual study of the soybean drying process is given with the display of the main calculated characteristics and graphs of kinetic dependencies, as well as an image of a dryer with drying and cooling zones.
