- Abstract
- The main problems of the formation of plans and programs for the development of aviation technology are outlined. The description of the proposed model-methodical apparatus for solving this problem is given. The general statement of the problem is given, the methodology of conducting research using a complex of mathematical modeling is described, the model apparatus providing the formation of balanced programs for the development of aviation technology is considered. The methods and methods of constructing a decision support software and analytical complex necessary for obtaining objective assessments of the effectiveness of the proposed aviation technology development programs are proposed.
