- Abstract
- The electronic states of the "quantum dot-a monolayer of graphene-substrate SiO2+n+Si" in an external magnetic field are investigated. An analytical expression obtained for the charge transfer in such a system. The electronic states of the "quantum dot-a bilayer graphene-substrate SiO2+n+Si" are considered. The study systems are interesting from the standpoint of controlling the optical properties of a quantum dot with an applied electric field. The electronic states of the system "graphene nanotubes-quantum wire" are briefly touched upon.
